Was this on a topic where theism (or not) would be relevant?
It would be relevant, I guess, given the topic of the volume. But it still felt a bit odd to be wanted to write a paper on X, not because I've done any work on X (which I haven't), but simply because I hold another view Y which could be relevant to X.
