I interpreted the question as asking about what is the big issue in the actual debate, not what ought to be the biggest issue (which is actualism v skepticism).

Yes, I was going for the prescriptive interpretation of the question, not the descriptive. Sorry that wasn't clearer. I'm working on an annotated bibliography on free will, and I'm trying to figure out how to organize the entries.
