My Free Will monograph is now available for purchase. According to Amazon, there are only 1,393,000 books which are better sellers.
(And yes, I'm aware of the rather atrocious price. Nothing I can do about that except anticipate it's release in paperback. Unfortunately, that won't be for two years. I'm also perplexed by the degree to which the price is fluxuating. Yesterday, with the discount, it was $94, and a few days before that it was $96.)

That's quite a bargain compared to this book by Nicholas Rescher (http://www.amazon.com/Limits-Science-Nicholas-Rescher/dp/0822957132/ref=sr_1_3?ie=UTF8&s=books&qid=1223095111&sr=8-3). $1,606.50? Are there only three copies in the world? By the way, notice that one of the Marketplace sellers has it for only $24. That's quite the deal!
