I apologize for the derth of posts, particulaly substantive ones, lately. I hope things will improve on this score later this summer. But I'm sure that most of you would prefer to see the pictures of Jameson anyway.
In the tradition of non-substantive posts, I found out this morning that the proofs for my free will book have been corrected and finalized, My editor tells me that it should go to press about 23 July, but that I'll likely recieve advance copies mid to late June. The anticipation is strong, but the nerves are also starting to fire up. I particularly look forward to seeing what endorsements (if any?) they were able to secure for the back cover.
Here's to hoping that this isn't another philosophy book "stillborn from the press," as Hume famously described his own treatise (falsely, in his case).
I'm proud of you Popsicle stick. I'm sure it will be read and admired.
