One of the frustrating things about being in academia is the enormous amount of paperwork sometimes involved. As I've mentioned before, I'm currently undergoing my 4th-year review. Here at USD, all tenure-track faculty undergo a full review in their second, fourth, and sixth years; the sixth-year review is the tenure review.
