When I got to my office today, I found this present waiting for me:
The student is one that I had in my Virtues and Vices course last fall. During that semester, Allison and I first discovered the best Hershey's Kiss ever. I took a few bags to share with my class when we were discussing gluttony. I had the same student this past term in my Intro to Philosophy course. Here is the clever note the student attached:
When I opened it up, guess what the container was full of?
When I showed it to Allison, she said "XXXXX is my favorite student ever!"
